All things flourish in their season, and life thrives through nourishment. As the first light of 2026 is about to leap onto the peak of Xunhu Mountain, we once again stand at the crossing of time, looking back on the footprints of our journey and listening to the call of the future. At this solemn moment of bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new, on behalf of the school, I extend the most sincere holiday greetings and the warmest New Year wishes to all the dedicated faculty and staff, to the motivated students striving for excellence, and to all parents, friends, and members of the community who care about and support the school's development!

The year 2025 marked the beginning of implementing the vision of building a strong nation through education and the conclusion of the 14th Five-Year Plan. Time is a great chronicler, faithfully recording the footsteps of every striver along the way.

这一年，历史回响穿透时空，我们隆重纪念中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利80周年，以“行走的思政课”让红色血脉在少年心中生根。作为山东省“一校一品”党建品牌示范校、山东省教育系统先进基层党组织，学校“行知先锋”党建品牌展现出强大引领力。千名师生踏上“青春行，强国梦”跨省研学之旅，在黄河畔聆听奔腾的回响，在延安红色热土聆听英雄故事，让苦难辉煌化作砥砺前行的精神灯塔。

This year, the echoes of history resonated across time and space as we solemnly commemorated the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War. Through "walking ideological and political courses," we allowed the legacy of the revolutionary spirit to take root in the hearts of our youth. As a demonstration school for the "One School, One Brand" Party-building initiative in Shandong Province and an advanced grassroots Party organization in the province's education system, the school's "Xingzhi Pioneer" Party-building brand demonstrated strong leadership. Thousands of teachers and students embarked on a cross-provincial study tour titled "Youth Journey, Dream of a Strong Nation," listening to the roaring echoes of the Yellow River and the heroic stories on the red soil of Yan'an, transforming hardship and glory into a spiritual beacon to inspire our journey forward.

这一年，基础教育扩优提质的号角吹响，我们以“特色高中”推动育人模式变革，让综合实践基地成为知行合一的沃土。课堂之外，实践不断向外延伸——作为山东省首批省级特色高中，“1+9+5”三级学科基地体系引领发展；在全省“启成”论坛上，我们分享探索中的经验，呈现真切而鲜活的课堂；依托高校驻校工作室，更多前沿资源走进校园，让学习在真实问题中自然展开；体教融合、美育实践成果丰硕，让“六个百分百”的成长路径照亮每个孩子的独一无二。

This year, as the call for expanding and improving the quality of basic education sounded, we promoted the transformation of educational models through the "Specialized High School" initiative, turning comprehensive practice bases into fertile ground for integrating knowledge with action. Beyond the classroom, our practices continued to extend outward. As one of the first provincial-level specialized high schools in Shandong Province, our "1+9+5" three-tier disciplinary base system led the way. At the provincial "Qicheng" Forum, we shared our exploratory experiences, presenting authentic and vibrant classroom practices. Through university-affiliated campus studios, more cutting-edge resources entered the campus, allowing learning to unfold naturally amid real-world challenges. Achievements in integrating sports with education and aesthetic education practices were abundant, illuminating a unique growth path of "Six 100%" for every child.

这一年，AI叩响教室的门，我们以“数智领航”的勇气重塑教育之形，让AI赋能教育新生。智慧校园构建起智安、智育、智学、智联的四维场景，“随手记”系统成为教学的神经中枢。学校搭建教师多元成长平台，推动数智技术与教学深度融合，一批优秀教师在各级各类比赛中脱颖而出，AI赋能下的精准教学让“千人千面”成为现实。

This year, as AI knocked on the classroom door, we courageously embraced "Digital Intelligence Leadership" to reshape education, empowering it with new vitality. The smart campus constructed a four-dimensional scene of intelligent security, education, learning, and connectivity, with the "Note Anytime" system becoming the nerve center of teaching. The school built a diverse growth platform for teachers, promoting the deep integration of digital intelligence technology with teaching. A group of outstanding teachers stood out in various competitions at all levels, and precision teaching empowered by AI made "customized education for every student" a reality.

这一年，科学教育的浪潮奔涌，我们以“人文底色”校准航向，在跨学科融合中培养未来创新人才。“实验室2.0”高水准落成，上海交大、复旦等高校驻校工作室共筑创新沃土。黄益顺同学斩获全国科创大赛五项大奖，背后是“双核引领、四维融合、五环联动”的科学教育模式逐步落地，更是科学精神与人文情怀的交融共生。

This year, as the wave of science education surged forward, we calibrated our course with a "humanistic foundation," cultivating future innovators through interdisciplinary integration. The high-standard "Laboratory 2.0" was completed, and studios affiliated with universities such as Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Fudan University became fertile ground for innovation. Huang Yishun, one of our students, won five awards at the National Science and Innovation Competition, reflecting the gradual implementation of our science education model—"Dual-Core Leadership, Four-Dimensional Integration, and Five-Ring Synergy"—and the harmonious blend of scientific spirit and humanistic sentiment.

Through the "Five-Education Integration" approach, we allowed the light of life to shine brightly, and countless touching moments were etched into our memories. These included the warm currents of love conveyed by the "8023" Volunteer Service Club in community service, the joyful eyes of students seeing their suggestions adopted during the "Lunch with the Principal" meetings, the knowing smiles of students from different countries exchanging ideas through the "Air Corridor of Chinese and Foreign Cultures," and the blossoming of individuality witnessed in the "Community Circle." The focused figures in the library, the moments of flipping through books under the ginkgo trees, and the collisions and resonances of ideas during the Reading Festival collectively formed the foundation of Shandong Province's "Scholarly Campus." We integrated life protection into daily routines, becoming a "National Pilot School for Emergency Rescue Education." When the admission news from Imperial College London arrived, marking a historic breakthrough among Qingdao public schools' international programs, we saw how every ignited interest and unleashed potential allowed our students to confidently step onto the world stage.

We will firmly embrace the transformative wave of "digital-intelligence integration," leveraging in-depth research to explore the teaching empowerment of generative AI, ensuring that technology is not merely a tool but a wise partner that activates thinking and illuminates potential.
